We are excited to share we are hiring! We are seeking a a Customer Success Manager that is positive, dynamic and driven.

Position Summary:

Sparkfly Customer Success Managers are primarily responsible for building and maintaining a positive and dynamic relationship with our clients. Customer Success Managers nurture their assigned clients, to ensure licensing renewals and encourage growth/expansion within the account. When expansion or modification projects are requested, the Customer Success Manager will manage the project, coordinating client and internal resources to ensure success and timely delivery of services. Customer Success Managers also manage client onboarding when Business Development brings on a new merchant in their territory. A successful deployment is the first step toward customer success. Customer Success Managers work closely with Support, to answer User questions regarding offer set-up/function and escalate technical issues to proper subject matter experts within the Technology organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Enjoys building and maintaining relationships

  • Can balance client demands with the other priorities of the business

  • Self-motivated with tendency to over communicate and project a positive, make it happen attitude

  • Confident in your ability to clearly and honestly communicate both great and potentially disappointing updates

  • Team player who is comfortable asking others for help, and providing help to a teammate in need

  • Experience with Smart Sheets and Project planning and oversight tracking methods to insure satisfying commitments made to the client

  • Experience in a SAAS environment and/or experience supporting Retail/Hospitality industry customers is a bonus (but not requirement)

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US.

  • Must live in the Atlanta area and work on an as needed basis in our midtown office.

  • Be a client advocate. The success of each client is important to the success of our business.

  • Accommodate a flexible schedule. Our standard office hours are 8:30 – 5 PM Monday through Friday. If an emergency occurs with one of our customers, some evening and weekend work might be required, but over our history, this has been infrequent. .

  • Be willing to travel minimally. >10% travel.
